QPForge is an AI-assisted tool that helps educators generate and digitize examination question papers from their own uploaded material, and export them as PDF/DOCX. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. New accounts may require approval before full access is granted.
• You must be authorised to use the content you upload and to create papers for your institution.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

• Paid subscription plans are arranged with our team via the Contact page. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
• The Digitize feature is billed from a prepaid wallet after a limited number of free papers. Wallet top-ups are processed securely through our payment partner, PayU. We do not store your card or bank details.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the papers you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. The QPForge name, software, and design remain our property.

The Service uses AI models to generate and transcribe content. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified educator before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any paper before distribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g. payment, IP, liability) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
